Meet Chef Fernanda Peimbert

From Michelin-Star Kitchens to Your Table

Chef Fernanda Peimbert discovered her love for food early, training in French culinary techniques at the California Culinary Arts Institute. Her career has taken her around the world, working in Michelin-starred kitchens such as The French Laundry, Alinea, Hoja Santa, and El Bulli.

She also collaborated with Ferran Adrià at the El Bulli Lab on the acclaimed cookbook Te Cuento en la Cocina.

Now based in New York City, Chef Fer creates personalized dining experiences that merge her Mexican heritage with modern culinary techniques. As the founder of @chefferx, she's known for her signature small-batch salsa macha and gourmet charcuterie tables for high-end events. She has also competed on Chopped and worked on Beat Bobby Flay, bringing her creativity to the screen.
